Successful marketing of commercial and investment real estate properties begins with proper pricing. To achieve the maximum price for a property requires accurate evaluation.

Prestige Group’s professional sales team does exhaustive research to best market each property. We develop a knowledgeable profile of the specific property as well as the marketplace.

We implement professional standards in our valuation process such as review of income and expense sheets, rent rolls, vacancy factors, neighborhood and regional trends as well as comparable property sales and leases.

We conduct a pre-market evaluation of the property that includes historical and current financial information, performance, potential up-side, asking price range and capitalization rate calculations etc.

We combine our empirical data with our experience of Investors and Sellers goals to properly value the property.
