Nile’s background is in insurance sales for a national Fortune 250 company. He received a BA in Finance with two minors; African American Studies and Environmental Sciences. His corporate experience and education give him a unique perspective in the complex world of commercial real estate sales. He has an understanding of  the array of things that go into a successful transaction; property valuation, analyzing income and expense statements through environmental issues.

A leader in his personal life, Nile coaches youth lacrosse teams and was the captain of his college team.
